DETECTIVE SERVICES

The Security Service Group STAF-ALLIANCE is offering a wide range of detective services.
Our work is based on principles of individual approach to solving problems of each client, with due regard for all specific features of the situation arising in each particular case.

Acquired information shall be verified by specialists of the operations subdivision of the Company (Detective agency STAF, state license No.025281 permitting engagement in non-governmental (private) detective activities), thus allowing to obtain the most accurate and topical information and render practical help to the client.

Detective activities shall be executed while observing and adhering to all provisions of law governing activities of detective agencies.

We offer services as follows:

• acquisition of information concerning civil cases, on a basis of contracts made with parties to a suit;
• market research, acquisition of information for business negotiations, revealing of insolvent or unreliable business partners;
• clarification of circumstances of the unlawful use of trademarks or trade names in the business activities, unfair competition, as well as disclosure of information constituting a commercial secret;
• clarification of biographical or other essential data of certain persons (with their written consent) when they are concluding employment contract or other contracts;
• search for lost persons of whom no information is available;
• search for a property lost by individual persons or enterprises, institutions or agencies;
• acquisition of information concerning criminal cases, on a basis of contracts made with parties to a suit. Within 24 hours from the moment the contract for acquisition of such information is concluded, the private detective must notify about the fact in writing the person engaged officially in investigation, the investigator, the public prosecutor or the court processing this criminal case.
