Mikhail Timofeyev
Born on December 07, 1960 in Pushkinskie Gory.
Graduated in 1983 from the V.I. Ulianov (Lenin) Leningrad Institute of Electrical Engineering.
In 1982 was called up for active military service, in the period from 1982 to 1993 was employed in the state security bodies.
Was engaged in organization of one of the first private security agencies in the city.
From1993 to 2002 – the General director of the security agency «STAF».
From 2002 to 2004 – the deputy General director of OJSC «North-Western Telecom». From 2004 – the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the LLC «Security Service Group «STAF-ALLIANCE»  uniting 15 agencies specializing in settling comprehensive security problems of businesses and physical persons.
Married, has a daughter and a son. Hobbies: soccer, mountain skis, fishing, good music and literature.

Andrei Gavrilov
Born on March 3, 1959 in Leningrad.
Graduated from the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute of the Order of Lenin in 1982.
After graduation, was called up for active military service, to the State Security Committee, where dealt with problems of youth policy (took part in formation of the Leningrad Rock Club) and industrial counter-intelligence.
In 1988 was sent to Yu.V. Andropov USSR SSC Moscow Institute of the Order of Red Banner; simultaneously became the student of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
In 1991, after the GKChP attempt of state upheaval, retired from state security bodies and founded a company rendering services in settling problems that had been beyond the coverage of obsolete laws inconsistent with the market economy, as well as an agency providing information consulting for banks and insurance companies.
From 2006, while being a member of the Public Council on Development of Small-Scale  Business for the Saint-Petersburg governor and the Chairman of the Public Council on Small-Scale Business of the Nevsky district.
Married, has two grown-up sons. Hobbies: bee-keeping and domestic animals, landscaping. He prefers classic literature, revels in opera spectacles.

Andrei Kuratorov
Born on February 19, 1958 in Leningrad.
Graduated summa cum laude from the Leningrad Institute of Railway Transport, majored in construction technologies.
Then started the post-graduate studies and simultaneously worked in the Institute at the department «Economy and organization of construction». He was also the head of the Komsomol organization of the Institute.
In 1986 came to work in the State Security Committee, was with this organization for ten years.
In 1996 retired from state security bodies, to be employed in the security agency «STAF». He became one of co-founders of the LLC «Security Service Group «STAF-ALLIANCE». The sphere of his work here includes issues of risk management and consulting. He presented his reports on many conferences and seminars both in Russia and in Europe, where were discussed aspects of business security problems associated with the personnel activities.
In 2006, in cooperation with the Moscow company MIG, took part in formation of the firm «MIG – Saint-Petersburg» representing the Interregional program «EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE».
Married, has one grown-up son. Hobbies: recreation in the countryside, fishing; soccer, mountain skis, photography.

Valeriy Mikhailov
Born on March 20, 1947 in Leningrad.
Graduated from the Leningrad Military Mechanical Institute of the Order of Red Banner.
Till 1973 was with the Scientific Research Institute Vector.
In 1973 came to work in the State Security Committee. After graduating from the Higher Education Courses of the State Security Committee in Minsk, he was employed in operations groups of the Administration of the State Security Committee for the Leningrad Oblast.
In August 1991 retired on a pension.
He took part in organization of first private security agencies. In the period from 1992 to 1993 he acted as a cofounder of security agencies «LINK», «LINK 1», «STAF» and an information consulting agency «TIM». He is specializing now in issues of information consulting of businesses and analyses of security aspects of business proposals.
Married, has a son and a daughter. Hobbies: recreation in the countryside with grandchildren.
